Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is €12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over €50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please check our website for specific details on delivery areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Retourverzoek” and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Receive a Return Label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label via email.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and attach the return label. Send the package to the following address: JurkChic Verkoop

Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same process as for returns. In your email, clearly state that you want to exchange the item and specify the item you would like to receive instead.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Zijden Jurk: Due to the delicate nature of silk, silk dresses cannot be returned.
- Kanten Jurk: Lace dresses are also non-returnable due to their unique and delicate structure.
